Utterly Me Clarice Bean by Lauren Child
Hi my name is Laura and I like to talk about a book I finished reading a couple days ago. It is called Utterly Me Clarice Bean. It was about a girl who goes through a lot of trouble and always ends up getting out of it. She is never paying attention in class. At the end of the book she is a better listener and wins a class prize for improving the most during the year.

Scorpia by Anthony Horowitz
Alex Rider is the world's only teen spy. At the age of 14, he's already working for MI6, a secret service spy agency. Otherwise as Alex puts it: just people going on missions like spies. In the beginning, Alex is on a vacation in Venice, Italy with his friend from Brookland: Tom. They were sitting at a café drinking lemon water ice. It was a sunny day. They were walking toward their hotel when Alex saw a "bag thief" snatch a woman's handbag. In the middle Scorpia (a terrorist organization) has him. He finds out that his father worked for Scorpia. Then, he joins Scorpia. They send him to kill Ms Jones, head of Special Operations. But he never does. He missed on his aim. At the end Alex quits with the whole Scorpia thing and goes back to MI6. When he's getting out of the car on Liverpool Street in London, Alex gets shot in the chest inches away from his heart! Read the book to find out if Alex survives!

My Teacher Is an Alien by Bruce Coville
My favorite character in My Teacher Is an Alien is Susan. Everyone thinks she is joking when she says that Mr. Smith (Broxholm) is an alien. Peter is the smart one in the class. They break into his house and everything is normal there. Mr. Smith says he'll take 5 students - the best, 3 average, and the worst. He hates music so he unmasked himself when Susan was playing in the school band.
