Tween Exclusives!

Tween Book Club

Melrose Park's Tween Book Club meets one Wednesday a month from 4-5 p.m. to talk about a book, do activities, and have snacks. Book Club is open to kids going into grades 4-7. The book for August is The Hoboken Chicken Emergency by Daniel Pinkwater, so stop by to discuss a hilarious book and enjoy an ice cream sundae! In September, we'll move back to Thursday afternoons and discuss Gregor the Overlander or A Crooked Kind of Perfect - it's your choice! Talk to a librarian to sign up and get your book.

Just for Tweens

We'll be back with more tween-exclusive programs in September, but in the mean time, we have LOADS of new books that we think you'll love. Come and ask at the desk for a recommendation!

Read something good lately?

Fill out one of our Tween Picks! review forms and share your opinions with the world! (Well, at least with the other tweens at the library.) You can also submit a review online.
