MPPL Items are no longer requestable or renewable as of 11/23

The Melrose Park Library building will be closed from 12/14 - 1/4/2016. In preparation for the closure, you won't be able to request (place holds) or renew items in our library collection starting November 23, 2015. You will be able to continue placing holds on materials at other libraries. You can even choose where you would like to pick up those materials.

Food for Fines

Pay your overdue fines with donations of nonperishable food items and toiletries at the Circulation Desk from November 16th through the 25th. Items can include boxed and/or canned foods, deodorant, toothpaste, paper towels, among other resources that will be donated to a local food pantry by the library.

International Games Day

Looking for a place to hang out and have fun with your friends or family?  Read, learn, and play during International Games Day @ your library. On Saturday, November 21st, join us in celebrating the educational, recreational, and social value of video and board games. We'll have activities for all ages including:

ESL Study Group

Practice English conversation, reading, and writing with the Literacy Volunteers of Western Cook County. Please call (708) 848-8499 to register.
